Return Policy
Heavenly Gowns guarantees you will recieve the size and color of each item you order. We are not responsible for variations in fabric color.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for in-stock orders and up to 14 weeks for out-of-stock orders. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive an approval on your payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit.
If there is a problem with your shipment, Heavenly Gowns must be notified within 5 days from your receipt of the item. Please contact us at heavenlygowns@nb.aibn.com to obtain a return authorization number. Your shipment must include your original order number as well as your return authorization number. These numbers must be indicated on the outside of the shipping box. Without these numbers, we will refuse to accept your shipment. Your shipment must be recieved at Heavenly Gowns within 10 business days from the issue date of the return authorization number.
If your product was damaged due to shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping company. Heavenly Gowns is not responsible for damage due to shipping.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item.. etc.). If the shipping error is ours, we will cover your shipping costs if you use our requested shipping method and our return form, which we will gladly provide to you by e-mail or fax. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please pack your returns securely. Your account will be refunded for the shipping fees when a receipt is included with the package or provided to us by e-mail.
The product must be in the same condition as shipped to you. Tags must be intact, the dress must be free of dirt or lint and must not have been worn, cleaned, or altered.
If the return is not due to an error on our behalf (ie. you ordered the wrong item, size or color or changed your mind about the order), Heavenly Gowns will not issue a refund in any amount or an exchange.
