Q:	How long will it take for my dress to come in?
A:	Depending on the designer, it usually takes 3-4 months for your gown to arrive.

Q:	When should I order my dress?
A:	You should order any dress 6-8 months before the date you plan to wear it. This allows extra time for any shipping delays and time for alternations that may be needed such as a hem.

Q:	How much do I have to pay to place an order?
A:	At Heavenly Gowns, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to place your order. The balance is due within 3 months.

Q:	What if I don't like the dress when it comes in?
A:	At Heavenly Gowns, we make every effort to ensure that you know what the dress will look like on you when it comes in. If you order a dress from which we carry a sample, you will not receive a refund on your deposit. However, if you decide to order a dress for which we do not have a sample in stock we will allow you to order it with the 30% deposit. If you don't like the dress when it comes in, you may use your deposit toward another dress from our store. We do not give refunds and we will only do this once. Please speak with one of our sales consultants for further information on this policy.

Q:	Are alterations included in the price of my gown?
A:	No. Alterations are not included in the price of your gown.

Q:	Do you have a seamstress that can perform the alterations?
A:	At Heavenly Gowns, we can set up an initial appointment with a seamstress. They will meet you at our store for the fitting. However, they work independently and all alteration charges and payments are through them. Heavenly Gowns does not hire these ladies. They are self-employed but have agreed to serve Heavenly Gowns' customers.

Q:	How do I know what size to order?
A:	When you order a dress through Heavenly Gowns, our staff will take your measurements, compare them with the appropriate size chart and have you try on a dress from that designer to confirm that we have the correct size.
